Display flickering

Just today I noticed that my main monitor, a Samsung S24D590L has noticeable (to me) flicker. I've never seen it before and it's noticeable to the point where I know that if it was there before I would have noticed it. I tried re-installing drivers and resetting monitor settings, but the flicker was still there. I thought it was the display itself, but I tried hooking it up to my laptop, and the flicker was gone. However when connected to my desktop it's there. There is no noticeable flicker on my secondary monitor, a Samsung 941BW, so why only this monitor with this PC do I notice it? Any idea?
