Hey,

Back in the day I had a HD 7850 and got in CS:GO like way over 120 FPS. Today I built in my GTX 960 and everything works but the game performance is complete shit. I get in CS:GO on everything min @ 720p 80 FPS max. The CPU (Phenom X4 @ 3,1 Ghz) is bored on 50% and the RAM (4 GB) is on like 600 MB and not even close to be full.

Something is definitely wrong. I checked the 3D settings and disabled the energy saving mode already, I disabled Shadowplay and the Nvidia streaming service. It's gotta be something software related because the 7850 obviously worked flawlessy.

Help? :(

Update drivers, uninstall 7850 drivers and check gpu usage. Worst case scenario OC it.

http://myanimelist.net/animelist/VLRose I like anime, I'm missing at least 50 off this list.

R9 390, i5 6400, 8GB Ram

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) And no hard drives  ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

All AMD nonsense was removed already, newest drivers are installed and the card is OC on default.

The GPU usage is not even 20 %:

CPU0 usage on gaming is ~ 60%.

Set a startup flag of "-thread 4" and see if that makes a difference...

Already did and no it does not. Something is definitely wrong.

Someone told me my processor is a bottle neck to my graphics card but this doesn't make sense if my old card could handle 100 FPS+ on same settings :(

Even if it is a bottleneck it wouldn't cut your fps that much :P

View the integrity of the game, check your graphics settings in the graphic control panel (i.e. catalyst or nvidia) for 3d applications.
