Hi I have a computer with an Intel i7 5820k, ASrock x99 extreme 3, Crutial 16 GB (2X8) DDR4-2133, Sandisk 128 GB SSD, WD 1 TB blue series HDD and an EVGA GTX 770 ACX Superclocked with 2 GB of VRAM powered by my Corsair 750m power supply. I can get it to post outside the case but not inside. Can someone help?

Does the system run inside of the case?

I was asking a genuine question. I'm trying to help you solve why your system is shorting. I just didn't know what was actually going on in the system since you only mentioned it not POSTing.

Sorry i didn't see the question mark. nothing is happening no spark there are no motherboard standoffs touching where they shouldn't bee so I don't think so.

Is any part of the board touching the case? Do you have all standoffs underneath where they're supposed to be?

all the standoffs are maybe 1mm too low and the IO shield is a little misaligned

Make sure everything is completely aligned and where it should be.
