You Cant, the GPU is too good. 

But adding a 270x would increase performance massively.

The performance would just end up being the two 270x cards instead of the two and the APU.

 

You would, however, get a respectably good performance from the 270x with an APU, so I would recommend it if it's for gaming.

He means crossfire between the APU and 270x which is not possible.

AMD made it so that GPUs upto the R7 250 could run in crossfire with the APU for mild improvements in performance.
