For your current build, probably the Air 240 from Corsair. Node 804 MAYBE

So, I'm starting to think I'm not getting enough air-flow through my PC at the moment. It has only one fan blowing out, none going in. (I know, terrible)

I would prefer to spend UNDER $100, but could go up to $150 probably. 

Needs to support micro-atx motherboards though!

Ok, I'm bad with dimensions. Would it be safe to have the 240 in a slot under my desk (front and back fully open; air flow on both sides) with dimensions of 11.5in width,  2ft height, and 2ft 1 inch depth (includes space behind the desk)?
