Crash after sleep mode

Hey all, So I'm put my pc on sleep mode when I'm go to sleep.after I'm wake up I'm press on the keyboard and the pc starting up i am see the password entering screen but all stuck and after some seconds the pc crash and restart

 

Why that heppend ?

Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Gigabyte Z68P-DS3
DDR3 G.Skill 12GB 1600 MHz
AMD Radeon HD 7950

Could be the hard drives not spinning up fast enough to respond to asked for data.

have you disabled and/or deleted the hiberfil.sys? happened to me after doing that for some reason... its especially a pain when my boot drive is only 120gigs and i have 16gb's of ram so i did that and noticed i could no longer use sleep mode

Try disabling sleep mode see if it still happens
