Which GPU would you recommend? Somewhere between $200-$250 brand new

Depends on where you live... Prices are different ;)

American prices, I would say, go with this R9 280X: Great price and performance should be much better (@1080p) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202137&cm_re=r9_280x-_-14-202-137-_-Product

Tell me what you think!

Nothing special goin' on here.....

r9 380 for sure. It packs more performance despite being just a tad bit hotter/less power efficient than the 960.

CPU: i5 4670k | Motherboard: MSI B85I | Stock cooler | RAM: 8gb DDR3 RAM 1600mhz | GPU: EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked w/ACX cooling | Storage: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black | Case: Fractal Design Define R4 w/ Window
