BF4 mouse lag/stutter?

I currently have this problem when I play BF4 my input seems to disconnect and reconnect every few minutes. At first i assumed it was my mouse because when I connect my G700S to my PC via the included cable my keyboard and mouse lag out for a second when the mouse changes from wireless to wired or vice versa. The weird thing is this problem doesn't occur when i play other games or even use the desktop it's only in BF4. I know the wireless connection is good since my wireless receiver is about 4 inches from where i use my mouse and there isn't anything in my house that would transmit enough noise to cause any problems. I have also played the game just fine in the past without any mouse lag or whatever so i'm pretty sure it's not my mouse.

 

Just incase I didn't explain it well enough the problem is that every few min maybe (1-4min) my screen will lockup for a second and when it fixes my guy will be stuck walking in the same direction or my mouse will be stuck but it fixes after a second or two.

 

I thought maybe this was a game bug but I can't seem to find much about it online so I thought I'd ask here.

It's not my video but the point is he gets stuck walking in the same direction and his mouse gest stuck too.
