Hey guys. I am looking to build my first pc but I am oblivious to most of the stuff that is needed for what i want. I want to be able to run most games including major title games that require good graphics, and will also be using my pc to stream. I have a budget of around $1000 but will pay a little extra if necessary. I don't know what is recommended for streaming that will also work well with running the best of games and I'd like to hear your opinions and knowledge on that. I've been a console peasant my whole life and will like to experience the good life as well. Any help you guys can provide is much appreciated :).

I chose the "moar core" route as streaming and gaming can be intensive on the CPU. And if one of you sorry-butt Intel losers come in and tell me everythings wrong with it.... you opened the wrong can of worms. And inside? An angry black widow nest.

NOO @TheNoobBuilder

The FX Series are NOT worth the money. Poor IPC and too much heat and power consumption.

Give me 20 minutes to make a really good build.

Also, more cores = more multitasking. Soon Intel CPUs will be obsolete due to them not having enough cores for games. Games are getting more and more advanced. More and more cores are needed.
