For ds eumlation i have used DeSmuME and NO$GBA with more success with accurate sound and frame rates on dsesmume, as for 3ds I haven't seen one I know the have been hinted at for a little bit now.

Yah im asking because the screen on my 3ds crapped out on me... No warranty and money to buy a new one. I wanted to continue playing KH3D and PKMOR and the such again lol
