The PS4 will not be backwards compatible with neither PS3 nor PS2 games. There will be a steaming service for older games, but not disc compatibility

Is it backwards compatible with PS3? or PS2? (the disks, idc about downloadables) beacuse if it is, im selling my ps2 and ps3 right now and ordering a ps4.

It won't, the PS4 has a completely different architecture.
