PC Power up issue

Hi there. I recently completed my project utilizing the main hardware components from my Antec 902 and refreshing the Mobo, ram, GPU and CPU. Recently ive had problems switching the PC on for the first time every day. When I press the power button everything lights up for a split second and it immediately powers down, no bios codes or beeps or anything. I try 3 or 4 times and it repeats this until it boots fine, with no further issues. If I shut down and hit the power button it works perfect.

 

Im suspecting my Corsair HX620 is the culprit but can't be sure, anyone had any experience with this issue?

probably the psu if its coming on after a few tries.

ah ok, well I guess the next question is, what PSU should I replace it with ?
