no it's not, it won't make any difference.

Use this video he compaired all the settings one by one and then you'll see: (post FX is at 5:20)

 

 

As you can see, there's not much difference between high and ultra. I set this on HIGH.

Hello :) Is it worth going from high to very high post fx ? When I switch to very high it kinda hits my performance by 15-20 fps

I mean, why you asking us? If you can't tell much of a difference, don't... If you can / have fps to spare, why not?
