Will it be difficult to upgrade in future if i get a micro ATX motherboard?

like what upgrades? please elaborate

isnt the power supply too much for this system?

its not overkill, but you have some headroom so if you want to upgrade your gpu in the future

video card has no reviews on pcpartpicker :/ i might change it.

Sapphire makes the best AMD Cards, but feel free to change it if you like

Just wondering since It has fewer PCI slots.

Also will i need a sound card ?

unless you're gonna crossfire/sli or gonna put addon cards, they're not concern at all. and no, you dont need a sound card as the onboard audio is will work fine

PcPartPicker states that it has compatibility issues with RAM. I have asked on NewEgg about the compatibility, waiting for them to reply!

Thank you very much !

Sorry for the late response, I was gone all weekend.

There is no compatibility issue with that 1.65v rated RAM.  They should really change that on PCPP...

1.5v is the recommended voltage rating for Haswell... this means nothing.

XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) is what you would use to set the RAM.  What happens is: you install the Gskill 2400MHz RAM and the motherboard might downclock it to 1600MHz, or even 1866MHz.

You would just go into the bios and find X.M.P. and just change it from disabled to enabled... DONE!  Restart and you have your 2400MHz RAM.

Easy as pie... I like pie. :)
