can oc harm my gpu?

I have reference 980 and I did some oc. I have 1490mhz clock and 3900 memory and power limit set to 125%. I havent touched any voltages, and adjusted fan profile so after running stress test max temp was 76degress. Would this oc harm my gpu in any way?

Overclocking does put increased stress on components, but do not be concerned. You haven't increased voltage either.
