X99 M.2 ssd error when Installing OS

So im having trubble with getting Windows 8.1 installed on this M.2 ssd. sofar ive looked at some toturials that were surposed to enable the controller that makes sure the m.2 device is correctly detected and validated. altho i did go trough a few different methods and steps.

the few times i whent trough it all to the install page where u select the hdd/ssd/storrage device to install your preffered OS on, it tells me that the device i whant to install my OS on:

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. this computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu.

well, thats what ive bin trying to do in the bios allready. any bulletproff guid to do this? would love to get this pc rocking now x)

one clearup i missed saying! im trying to install win 8.1 from a dvdrom to the sm951 pci m.2 version ssd. a few toturials say to disable sata support wich then would mean i cant use the dvdrom? might have missed something here..
