Are there LED fans where you can control if the light is on or off separately?

I know that with the Spectre Pros, you can do this if you use that one fan controller, I don't use fan controllers so that one doesn't help

I would like a quiet radiator fan that can do this, with red LEDs

Wow, well that wasn't as specific as i thought it would be. Sorry i don't acually know of any fans like that

I know, but if you add the LED control, the radiator abilities, and quietness it might get specific

I found this which I could use for the Spectre Pro. Is there a smaller version of this?

Well there is the bitfenix hydra and then there is the bitfenix hydra PRO

the PRO takes up a 5.25" bay while the non-PRO uses a PCI slot.

the non-PRO uses a dial so it has several different brightness settings. It might be hard to find though.

al the fan controller does is jump 2 connections in the fan to turn the led on you could wire up a switch to these connections to turn the leds off and on.
