Hyperx Cloud 1 or 2

I have myself answered to topic like this, but now i have done a little bit more research and im confused.

 

1.The Hyperx Cloud 2 have neodymium magnets and the Cloud 1 does not, will this impact the sound quality?

 

2. The Hyperx Cloud 2 have a slightly better mic (50-18,000 Hz vs 100–12,000 Hz) but from listening on actual mic tests i prefer the Cloud 1. Cloud 2 seem to be a victim of easy air pops(?). Is it because they people who did the mic tests had the mic positioned wrong or is the Cloud 1 mic actually practically better? :huh:  

 

3. The Cloud 2 have memory foam in the headband but the Cloud 1 does'nt. Will you ever notice the difference?
