It seems that lately I've been having HUGE issues with my internet speed suddenly being cut down to 2mbps from 15 mbps, which is fixed my resetting the router, but then it comes back soon after.

This is really oddly timed because I had just had a talk with the AT&T guys because I had filed a complaint to the FCC for throttling. The day after all this started, could it be the router just conveniently decided to crap itself or are they trying to fuck with me because I reported them?

Is there anyway I can record the throttling increase if is them being douchenozzles? What would I do with it after?
