Incomplete Cisco Configuration Page?

iamdarkyoshi

I just scored two ap1252g-a-k9 and power injectors for 40 bucks. What a steal. However, when I try to get into the config from both chrome and shinternet exploder, the page auto refreshes (chrome) or doesn't load most of the page's details (IE) and I cannot configure anything. I have tried the obvious (power cycling) and resetting the AP. I roughly remember having the same issues when I got my Cisco 1100 series AP. Anyone got any ideas?

True. I use SSH at work configuring servers with CentOS 6.6, and have to say it's the best way to go about things assuming you know what you're doing.

Normally you need to use the management interface. Not sure about the wireless APs, but every other cisco box I have used a serial-> RJ45  adapter (usually one is included), then just putty'd in, and configured via the cli.

mine have a console serial port. Now I just need to find a cable. Or configure them at work. Or both.
