Sup guys,have a question here,so they say drinking green tea helps you lose weight/fat,around 2-4 cups a day.So my question is how much is a cup?ml?And one more thing,which is better?Green Tea vs Lemon Water.Heard both of them are good.Help is much appreciated

Personally I can't live only with water, without the tea and coffe I would drink lots and lots of high calorie/fat drinks, so trust me it helps a lot if you are like me.

A drink gallons of diet soda, tea, coffee and water since everyone in my house is diabetic lol.

i can drink soda and stuff like that and have no problems but a cup of any tea especially starbucks tea, within 10 minutes of my first sip i feel like im gonna piss myself.

I drink tea after meals, which immediately forces to me to take a dump. It really helps with digestion. I am a pretty skinny guy, so I when i go I lose like 5 pounds.

It's normal since caffine is a laxative in high enough quantity, if i drink coffee i have an instant colonic
