Is getintopc.com Relilable?

I need a iso for windows 8.1 and none of the windows solutions work so the only other thing I found is getintopc.com and I didn't know if anyone had used a software or iso from them before or if there was any way to get the windows 8.1 iso on vista other than that. BTW I AM RUNNING VISTA SO NONE OF THE WINDOWS THINGS WORK SO DON'T JUST LINK ME http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media IT DOES NOT WORK ON VISTA

No ISO comes pre-activated. You have to buy a key.

You need to know that downloading ISOs not from microsoft.com is illegal because if they are pre-activated you don't pay for the product key and it's illegal
