check your CPU connector, the 8/4 pin connector at the left top side of the motherboard, maybe also check the ram

can someone help me. today i put my new mdi gaming 5 mobo in my pc along with a second hand i5 4690k and 4gb of dominator ddr3, but now my pc is stuck in boot loop and the last post code that appears is 03. can some one help me plz

03 error code is for the North Bridge initialization before microcode loading. ( 08 is the after loading )

And the northbridge has other name "memory controller hub" that is related the RAM, cpu, graphics bus. So you should check the 1) Check the CPU or RAM is compatible or not. 2) Resit the cpu, RAM, or GPU etc. but check the RAM first. 3) if all don't work, use only one stick RAM to boot the PC, or move the RAM in other slot, etc.

ok i will do but could it be the fact that i have a 8 pin adapter powering my cpu? its ran of one 4 pin and one molex

What is it running off of. The 4 pin / 8 pin connectors that power the motherboard are different that those that power graphics cards. One is called an EPS connector, and the other is an PCIE. An eps connector has the top layer as purely 12v lines, and the bottom as purely black ground wires. The pcie connectors are different depending on the PSU. Your powersupply should have an EPS cable that you should be using for your motherboard auxiliary power.
