Building a home server

I'm building a home server for testing my websites (PHP and Jscript) and im not sure whether to buy the AMD 5350 or use my old AMD A4-4000, it's going to be running Team speak and other software like that. thank you for any input :)

 

EDIT:
I'm going to also be using it to store my projects and not important files.

You could just stick on to the a4 4000. If you are gonna put some load on it, get the 5350
