4k gaming and streaming

For example lets say i have 980 Ti Amp Extreme Edition and i am gaming on 4k with 60+ fps then i start streaming .... and here comes the question: Will my fps drop when i start streaming or it will not impact anything that much at all ?

streaming is mostly cpu work so yeh whats your cpu?

 

also know that streaming 4k takes beast internet

Streaming is a CPU intensive task, so your CPU will be what affects performance. 

 

EDIT: You'll also need a very good upload speed to stream in 4K.

Is it 100% CPU or it impact the GPU too ? 

Lets say i have 4790k too ( just for example) and is this good internet speed for 4k streaming ?

It will impact a little on the GPU, but mainly the CPU. The 4790K will do okay, but it will take a lot out of it. 

 

Your internet is nowhere near fast enough. You'd need at least triple that upload speed to even stand a chance of it being smooth, or even possible at all.
