I have about 1.5 GB worth of archived .pst files (emails, notes, contacts, calendar events etc.) from Microsoft Outlook (2010) and I need to move them over to my new laptop in a viewable way. I'm through with Outlook. I'm not going to use it anymore. I got a converter that converted a small fraction of them into .pdf files (it was a demo). Most of them are in a weird format. I need some way to make these files visible to me in a way so when I need to access my information like that I can click on it and it doesn't look like this: http://imgur.com/1ytMaGj

Only my notes came out legible: http://imgur.com/eyBoRFM

I need to know some way to make these .pst files readable and converting them might not be the answer. I don't know.

Cheers!

1. good luck with every other email client (hint they are worse).

2. http://www.pstwalker.com/ PST walker is what I use when I need to recover an email from a pst that was from my pre-litigationhold / auto archive era.
