Need a new audio setup

Recently the Tritton 720+ s that I have been using for around two years have finally busted and I've been wanting to get an actual pair of headphones. The catch is that I need to be able to listen to two audio sources at once; one being a console and the other being my PC as I am beginning to take an interest in streaming. I know that I'll need some sort of mixer and I will be buying a mic to go along with my headphones. I just need to know what kind of mixer I need to buy. Any help/input is much appreciated!
