Win 8.1 test mode

Hello, 

Can some nice person(s) help me? Iˇve got win8.1 (original). The system is showing on  the screen that its only test mode of win8.1, but I activated it with my product key. I would like to get my win10, cuz I am looking for it soooo fucking long time. Thanks for any kind of helpful answer, have a nice day, and enjoy holyday :)
