My friend was having some issues with his computer and he asked if I could reinstall Windows for him, he kept telling me that he was getting a bluescreen error when turning on the computer, and it would crash almost instantly either passed the motherboard boot screen or when the Windows animation finished on startup.

This is the same thing which happens when trying to install Windows or trying to repair it.

The main error we've noticed is Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal and something about USB.

The hard drive has been formatted, and tried to install a fresh copy of Windows onto it, but it still thinks that it has an older copy on it, even though it says that's it's at the default size it was when it was new.

The computer works completely fine in Safe Mode, so we're thinking it's probably to do with a broken driver, but we're not sure how we can fix it.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

P.S Sorry about not having the ability to have screenshots or any kind of visual aid in order to help, he lives quite a while away from me, and it's hard to travel more than once a week.
