Plz dont kill me but..

 

is it possible to mix two 8Gb sticks with two 4Gb sticks?

Yup no problem as long as they use the same voltage and CAS latency. But even with different cas it will work usually.

Yup, nothing wrong with that. 

 

As long as they are the same DIMM, lol and somewhat relative speeds.

Your motherboard will probably clock them at the lowest speed, so if one is 1333 and the rest and 1600 they will probably all be lowered to 1333

However, you can overclock them in the BIOS to make them all run at the same speed.
