From what manufacturer is the cooler? Asus, Gigabyte...?

It accepts 330mm long gpus.

Hi, my new rig will have the amd r9 390 and the phanteks enthoo evolv itx case. Will the graphics card fit in the case???

Well I've just googled it and a G1 gaming card fits and I think they're fairly long cards in general so I would say yes.

The card is 277mm or 129mm long (can't tell from msis website) and the case accepts 330mm so Yes.
