I want to ditch this stupid Dell case and lose the stupid dedicated Motherboard and the dedicated PSU that limits me from any upgrades other than maybe another GPU (Can't even do that the None-Modular PSU doesnt have any extra 4-pins)

I want a new Case, PSU, and Mobo.

I got the Case and I got the PSU that I think will be compatible, now can yall help me find a good (But inexpensive) motherboard for my rig?

Components are in my signature

If your getting a new mobo you might as well get a new CPU too, a LGA1150 mobo and a G3258 come to mind.

Im on a tight budget and that's like $70 more, I was thinking of getting a Core 2 Quad 6600 OEM for like $40 offa  eBay

What is your spending cap?

My spening cap is loosely the "Don't make me live in a cardboard box" budget.

Mobo under $100 is all I need.

Finding an LGA775 mobo for under $100 won't be hard but I still say save about $130 and get a new mobo and G3258.

So to be clear this Mobo will work with all my parts, my DDR2 RAM, and fit in the case?

You will need ddr3 ram but otherwise yes, just make sure the case standoffs match the mobo hole placement.
