This should be good enough

Get that abomination of  PSU out of there ._.

DO NOT GO CX. Low heat tolerance and overall worse quality than what you get with CS for 10$ more. Or go grab yourself a Seasonic M12 2/EVO

Hello I am have played wow for a while and I am looking to play some more intense games such as gta 5 and such. I am not looking to play on the highest quality but I want to play most games and not have to worry about getting a new gpu every year, I do need a new os, but I am looking to upgrading to windows 10. My budget is around 700-800 usd. If you need anymore info just ask me and I'll be really happy for any help.

Hmmm? playing on max with a budget of 800 what? $? Eu? Yen? Turnips?
So yeah, what currency?

Also, max is unlikely to be possible. Games will run but not maxed out.

Usd, and I aid that I didn't need to play it in highest quality

Ops, I misread, my bad.

At any rate, I am not very well acquainted with prices in the US but if you are on a more limited budget, I'd suggest going with something like a core i5 4460 and R9 380. Make sure it's 8 gigs of RAM (2x4). As for PSU, it depends on the rest.

Mhh i would recommend an FX 6300 and a R9 380/R9 390. Of course 8 Gigs of ram and a 600W PSU. If you get a R9 380 you can buy a normal licence for 100$ but if you want a little more graphics power (R9 390) you would need to look for a licence in your neighborhood or on ebay. Everything togehter should be around the 800$ Pricepoint.
