clean win 8.1

Hi! 

 

Just wondering if there is a way to total remove everything except the OS on windows 8.1.

Wanna have a clean install, but i am a little scared for breaking anything or deleting the OS.

Settings app > updates n shit > something with reset?

but then it says could not find recovery environment.
