first build help?

ive been planing to build a gaming pc for a while now, and just want to know if there is any problem with this build, can you guys please help me out? 

 

Case: Corsair Air 540

 

Mother board: MSI X99A SLI Plus

 

CPU: Intel i7 5930k

 

CPU cooling: Corsair Hydro series H110 280mm push pull 

 

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 980 ti, 2 way SLI

 

Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 4*4GB DDR4

 

Power supply: EVGA superNOVA p2 Platinum 1200w (cause maybe ill go with 3way SLI in the future)

 

Fans: Cprsair Air series SP140

 

Storage : Intel 730 series 240gb SSD, Seagate Barracuda 4TB

 

Monitor Acer Predator XB270HU

 

(I know this is a bit of an over kill, but still)

For JUST gaming this is completely a waste of cash, you are far better off with a Z97 board and an i5 CPU
