Hey i was playing GTA V in my PC, when the framerate is only About 30 fps, and when i look at other youtubers, they got a 50+ fps at ultra with the same spec at their rig.... Is it because of my PSU thats only 400W? So can someone help me out?

umm no.

psu does not affect fps lol.

did you accidentally activate vsync? and are you absolutely sure they have the same specs as your rig?

Home is where the heart my desktop is.

Check your PC specs against the reccomended specs for the game, maybe put your graphics settings down a little? Try not to run too many programs in the background while you polay either (that can use up CPU power) Also, if you are looking to run GTA 5 on decent FPS's, you'll probably need better hardware, If you have a 400W PSU, about half of that will power your GPU, 200W on a GPU is petty good, but some high end GPU's are using upto 500W's, Let us know what hardware is needed, We can tell you what needs updated if anything. :)
