Weird startup problem

Since today when I start/restart my PC (boot time like 10 secs) only geforce experience,samsung magician and windows volume start instantly when I log into windows, other programs load at the same time after 1+ minute + I can't open task manager till then. I didn't have any of these problems before. I have Windows 8.1 on SSD
