So I've been planing my build for a long time now and I can finally aford it. But prices of lots of the parts have been shifting quite a lot so I came up with a better one and I wanted to ask you guys if the difference will be noticable. I will mainly be playing League of Legends, CS:GO and streaming but I like to check out the new games that come out aswell.

Here is the first one: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hPMkrH

Here is the second one: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7wwFLk

Note: This 45$ difference that you are seeing here is actually 85$ where I live(Bulgaria), which is 150 of our curency which is not a small amount, knowing that the avarege monthly payment here is 400.

Edit: I already have the case. It's the Zalman R1.

Nearly nothing, the only change you made was the Gpu ( i know you also changed the ram but it's still 8gb) it's your call if you wan't Amd or Nvidia, oh and if you will go with AMd route please take a new 300 series not a old one !

What about the CPUs? Would there be any noticable change?

4460 vs 4590 is barely a noticeable difference. If you have the money, "moar is bettar".

4460 does suffice very nicely.

Higher than 1600 DDR3 memory makes no sense - both CPU's max out at 1600 MHz.

You may want the 960 over the 280 because of CUDA shadowplay.

Choose this one, i would say go with a 8gb kit of Kingston HyperX ram for $10 more, in place of the ADATA 4gb kit to make the build a more balanced build, and allow for more ram capacity in the long run.
