Two Win7 boot options!?

Yes, run msconfig.exe and under the tab "Boot" you have that option

When i boot up my pc, i get two options of windows 7 to boot from. The top one works just fine, but the one at the buttom doesnt work. Is there any way i can remove the buttom one and boot it without even having to choose wich to boot from?
