Take out the 4 screws on the back, unplug the fan and then pull (twist a little will help if the TIM is dry, just don't hit the capacitors / other components)

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

Going to try warming up with hairdryer it is an old card.

That won't help. just slightly twist and pull after removing the screws
