Upgrade Time!?

So I have an ASUS GTX760-DC2OC looking to upgrade to a new card 

looking to do 1440p gaming.

 

i have around $400 in amazon credit to spend was thinking id go with the Sapphire Radeon R9 390X

or i could try and save for a few more months and get the  EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 

the cards don't look that far apart in reviews that i have seen not to sure the few more fps that i would get from the 980 is worth an extra $80

Well for 1440p they are pretty much neck and neck. I'd just grab the 390x now. Unless you want those nvidia features.

I'd say R9 390x too, had a nice amount of Vram, I've heard that VRam is a nice thing to have when going above 1080p gaming.
