Hi. is there a quiet laptop for college that is light and portable that is able to play games such as counter strike, league of legends, and hearthstone during the free time, and handle productivity such as word processing, power points, and photo shop editing? I'm looking for one under 1,500 USD. Less money would be better. Thank you.

Your not going to get more than a GTX 970M if you got a new 14"-15.6" screen gaming laptop. A GTX 870M laptop is cheaper and renders better results. Maybe I am wrong ha

The R7 M270 in the laptop you provide in the link is hardly going to play games unless he plays them in low settings. But then again the games he mentioned are not that demanding lol

Dooooood, it does. Click "Customize Now".

I would customize it with a full HD IPS panel.

Asus G751JT

Core i7 4710HQ

16GB RAM w/ 2 free DIMM slot

GTX 970M 3GB GDDR5

1920x1080 non glare IPS can be overclocked to 100Hz easily and has GSYNC hack

SuperMulti DVD Burner

Wireless AC

Thunderbolt (can be used potentially with desktop GPU with enlosure like Akitio Thunder2 + PSU)

Great cooling very silent and very cool.

non nvidia optimus so you wont have issues like non overclackable display, missing nvidia features, etc,,,

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.
