outro for youtube

So I came across this nice intro template the other day, it was very nice and it worked with Sony vegas, but it didn't have an outro, can you guys make one for me? It doesn't have to be that fancy, just a Facebook button, subscribe button and other video will be fine. This is the theme I'm heading to:

that could be fine, but i' m the noobest noob in the universe, because I can't make an image like that, and animations are the best you know.

Outros at least display videos and social media links but intros don't do any of that.

personally i dont like intros, especially with crappy dubstep music, it just turns me away from the video

maybe only a logo popin or name

Does anybody know how these are even made? Is it shapes in like after effects or what cause I feel it isn't made in Sony vegas.
