This is the build that I am currently going to do and change around if needed. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DX4QsY

Is there anything that I could change to get the best bang for my buck? I am looking to get the graphics cards later on and will use my 750 Ti in their place until I am able to purchase them.

Any suggestions are appreciated! :)

1st - Get 4690K you wanna overclock to get the best performance/price ratio.

2nd get a Air cooler, same thing, performance on AIO is only slightly better than a good air cooler, get a decent one Cooler master 412S or so, and that'll be enough.

3rd You can do with a cheaper Mobo, it has the least performance in addition to PSU on a system. Get a cheaper Z97.

4th - DONT GET 960s SLI PLEASE! just get a 970! More VRAM and more performance!

No need for fan controller. The Mobo has PWM fan leads already... I would not get it.. Also, 120GB of SSD is quite scarce nowaday, get 250GB+

1. memory get 2 x 4 gb

2. SLI 960 isnt the best idea. I see your GPU is 400 dollars so try to get 390x maybe for that kind of money ( think I saw MSI 390x  for 430$ on newegg)

3. I am not an expert on CPU cooling but for stock CPU (non K model) I dont think you should spend 99$ on cooling cause stock should be fine. Better get that into GPU budget and buy 980.

I still think 1x8 GB is fine, as it does not make any performance difference in gaming and you have the expandibility of going 2x8 GB in the near future (8GB alone is not much, i had to upgrade when I started streaming and such as I runned out of memory).

You will definitely not need a liquid cooler with a non "K" 4690 , buy air cooling for half the price (Will be more that enough).

At 4K it is.

Who plays in 4k? with a single 980/390X? I dont, you dont, no one does.

SLI is still mandatory to achieve 60FPS in modern titles, even with high end GPUs.

+1.

If you can afford 4k you should squeeze in a better graphics card. (Although I wouldn't do it.)
