max out this mobo

Hi.

I wanted to know what the best possible parts are for my mobo. It's a 018d1y dell mobo. The cpu is a q9550, i think this is already as high as you can get. My gpu is a weak geforce gt 730 2gb, i want to know what videocard is best for my pc. I have 4gb ram, 4 dims of 1gb each. What is the best 8gb of ram that supports my mobo? And my psu is a bestec atx0300p5wb. Can i upgrade this so that i can add gpu's that require more power? I want to max out this pc to play games on. I don't need really high settings 1080p 60 fps. I come from a xbox 360. which i believe is 720p 30fps.
