Hey guys, My friend is trying to make a minecraft server but keeps getting this error

Please help.

I would try downgrading to Java 7 and uninstalling Java 8 first.

Make sure all the plugins are up to date, and the same version. (Version as in 1.6, 1.7, 1.8)

Yes, @Benana101 I think your plugins are in normal 1.8. Try running the server in 1.8. If that doesn't work, try temporarily removing the plugins and starting the server at stock. If that doesn't work either, it's probably your server installation that's wonky. It seems Minecraft 1.8.7 doesn't recognise these plugins. Check the devs' websites for updated versions, even if just running in 1.8 works. This way, you'll get the newest version of Minecraft on your server and people won't have to change profile every time they want to connect to your server.

He has no plugins on the server.
