If you can spare no expense, Noctua. They are amazing. I only own one, and it's a 60mm that spins at pretty high RPM, but it's literally almost completely silent while running.

I'm looking for some 120mm fans for my pc to get off some heat.

I've been looking around but there's not many good review about that.

Any recommendations from members of the best forum in the world?

depends on price and if you want 3 pin or 4 pin fans.

i personally like cougar fans, i feel they are great for the price. noise blocker e loops ,nocuta, be quite are also great fans, they can be on the pricey side though and really aren't worth the cost to most people (including myself.)

what were temps? you're looking at a 2-5c decrease in temps if you have temp problems to start with; not much of a decrease, the biggest reason to get better fans is less noise for better/same temps.

ps. don't forget to follow your topics :)

Why not get 140mm's?

Because not all cases can take them? I reckon that's the issue.

Personally I'd just go for some Noctua Redux 120mm fans. They're not excessively expensive but they're still very good.
