if you want to make it run good, add more ram, add ssd & replace cpu and gpu. But i wouldn't recommend that, just replace it

if you want that pc to run better on modern OS's...its gonna be linux pretty much only

i already was planning on buying ram / a better graphics card / cpu and gpu also i was thinking about a better motherboard not sure yet but thanks

if your gonna buy all that

then throw that old POS in the garbage

and build a new pc
