Does this motherboard support this ?

No, the CPU would not have enough PCIe lanes for 4 way SLI or Crossfire for 4 separate cards. If you're going to be doing something like dual GPU cards, that's different. The most the motherboard offers is two way SLI and three way Crossfire.

2 way SLi tops. 

 

Will do 3 way CrossFire though.
