Laptop going into sleep mode, randomly.

Hello. I think this is the correct place to put my little problem. 

I current only a Sony Vaio vpcf12afm laptop.

Recently it started going into sleep mode while in middle of a gaming session. so I thought, it's overheating. Today it went into sleep mode while watching youtube. I own an ipad and most of the times i have my iPad in front of me, and sometimes i need to slide my ipad forward closer to the laptop, and accidentally I tapt the laptop with the ipad, and the screen goes black then laptop goes into sleep mode. Now that's a little bit weird. Any help? Thank you

when was the last time you charged it?

plug it in

change power option:
